LEO Outreach is a nonprofit organization based in Bloomfield, CT, founded by Pastor Dr. Penny Tate.

Our mission is to extend God's love, compassion, and hope to individuals and families facing life's challenges. We are dedicated to serving those who are homeless, struggling with food insecurity, overwhelmed by the rising costs of living, battling addiction, depression, frustration, and feelings of hopelessness.

We welcome every person with open arms, treating them with dignity, respect, and genuine care. Through encouragement, support, resources and the love of Christ we strive to help meet immediate needs while inspiring lasting hope and positive change.

Our goal

Our goal is that everyone who walks through our doors leaves with a smile, renewed strength, and the confidence to keep moving forward. We want those we serve to know they are not alone and that there is a community ready to support them.

We also encourage them to share our organization with others who may be facing similar struggles, so that more people can experience hope, healing, and restoration.
